Management Team

Owen leads Chordant’s Engineering teams in the development of new features and operational deployments of the Chordant platform. Owen led the technical development of the oneTRANSPORT programme from proof-of-concept through to commercial deployments as part of the Chordant platform today.

Previously Owen led the product development of an automotive software update solution at SymphonyTeleca. He has a background in Mobile Telecommunication having worked at Vodafone Research and Development on commercialization of prototype applications and services. 

Ash leads Chordant’s business activities in Europe and Chordant’s Product Strategy, ensuring Chordant’s solutions remain competitive and aligned with the needs of the markets and customers Chordant seeks to serve.  Ash has 25 years of experience helping technology companies to commercialize new products and services that emerge from advanced technology innovation.  Prior to joining Chordant, Ash worked as both a Management Consultant, leading complex business transformation programs to exploit real-time data and the Internet of Things (IoT), and, as Director of large customer-facing engineering teams in Asia, Europe, and the US developing and launch embedded semiconductor (SoC) and software platforms for wireless consumer devices.  Ash holds a first-class Electronic and Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Bath, UK.

Andy leads Chordant’s commercial delivery programs.  Andy has 25+ years industry experience of customer delivery and product development in a variety of technology sectors including wireless, software development and IT. Andy’s roles included delivery management at an international software services company and application program management for a system integrator. Andy holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Nottingham, UK.

Shakil has been in the industry for over 25 years in the fields of IoT, data analytics and telecommunications. Shakil was Vice President for global business development at Worldsensing where he launched the global Software and Solution business and was instrumental to the company’s success with major Smart City projects in LATAM and APAC. Prior to this, Shakil was Vice President of Sales for EMEA at OpenCloud where he led the sales for mobile and fixed IMS core network systems helping company’s successful acquisition by Metaswitch in 2017. Shakil holds Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of London, United Kingdom and is a certified sales professional by the Miller-Heiman Academy.
